Two 30-minute virtual introductions: One with the recruitment team and one with your hiring manager.

Your assignment

Show off your skills with a practical work assignment which you present back to members of the hiring team.

Walk the walk

A 60-minute culture fit interview with members from the department to discuss what it's like at Bash so you get an unfiltered view and for them to see if you fit into the team.

Communication is critical in a hybrid world. Our interviews are mostly virtual, which means we have to work extra hard to connect and listen to each other.
Show us how you align with our values and aspire to grow within your career. Are you accountable? Are you ambitious and bold? Are you data driven and strive to keep things simple?
Easier said than done but try to relax, we want to see how we work together so the more relaxed the better.
Be yourself, this way the interviewers will know what skills to harness in you and which to support you in.
We strive to get back to everyone within 48hrs with a decision either way, although this sometimes takes a little long if we have multiple candidates going through as many rounds. Feel free to follow up with the recruiters at any point in time.
We also want the process to be additive for you and the fact that you give so much of your time, we want you to get something out of it. Obviously, first prize is the job. So we provide more personalised feedback on how you did and the reasons for the progress or rejection so you can learn from it.
