We also believe in maintaining flat leadership structures as much as possible. While it's not always easy to uphold this principle during exponential growth, we strive to stick to it. Smaller teams, flatter leadership structures, and approachable individuals who take responsibility are our key strategies. Change is consistent, so agility is key.
We have 12 departments and about 40 teams, all working hard to achieve Bash's mission, together.
